Create energetic separations, remove cords & move energy. Introduction to chakras & relation to physical body. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!! Beginner's mindset & playful attitude is helpful. This is a dynamic, interactive, co-creative space. There are brief lectures followed by guided meditations where you put what's been discussed into practice IMMEDIATELY. You'll have the opportunity to share what you've noticed & experienced with other participants and ask questions. THIS IS NOT A CLASS YOU CAN MERELY DROP IN AND LISTEN TO. YOU NEED TO HAVE ACCESS TO ZOOM, HAVE A SPACE YOU CAN MEDITATE, TALK, WITHOUT DISTRACTION OR INTERFERENCE. *You cannot be doing other activities. Please insure you have the time and space to be fully present.
