Service Description
This is a private, personalized reading recorded just for you—there is no need to be present during the session. The time you select when booking reserves space on my schedule for your reading; it is not a Zoom or phone appointment. I may complete your reading before the scheduled time when my schedule and energy allow. Once your reading is complete, I will upload the video and send you a private link so you can watch it in your own time and revisit it as often as you like. Your reading will typically include a blend of tarot, psychic insight, and energetic healing or clearing, depending on what comes forward during the session. This can be a wonderful option if you prefer not to meet live on Zoom, feel anxious in reading spaces, have a busy schedule, or simply enjoy receiving guidance privately in your own time and environment. Before your reading When booking, please share your intentions for the reading, any questions you would like me to explore, and/or specific areas of your life you would like me to focus on. I will use what you provide as a starting point while allowing room for other relevant information to come forward. If you don't provide questions or an intention, that's completely fine. I will tune in and follow the energy of the reading. Because this is a recorded session, it does not include live interaction or follow-up reading and interpretation by email. If your recording raises new questions or you would like to explore something further, you are welcome to book another reading when appointments are available. You will receive an automated email when you schedule. Because my scheduling system is also used for live appointments, that email may contain information about Zoom or phone sessions. Please disregard those instructions. You do not need to show up anywhere at your scheduled time. Your personalized video link will be emailed to you once your reading is complete. Cancellation Policy
By booking, you confirm you have read and agree to the following terms. This is a privately recorded intuitive reading completed within the appointment window you selected. In some cases, your reading may be completed earlier; in other cases, it may be delivered shortly after the scheduled window depending on workload and energetic flow. Recordings are completed within a reasonable timeframe surrounding your appointment. You will receive a private video link once your reading is complete. Automated Zoom or phone notifications do not apply to recorded readings. When booking, you may include intentions, questions, or areas of focus. If no information is provided, the reading will proceed intuitively based on your energy and the guidance that arises. General intentions produce general exploration. This service may include tarot interpretation, psychic insight, and energetic awareness. It is offered for personal clarity and spiritual development only. It is not therapy, crisis care, or medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. No specific outcomes or predictions are guaranteed. Intuitive impressions may at times relate to physical or emotional well-being. These insights are symbolic and energetic only. Wendy Wing is not a physician or licensed healthcare provider. No diagnoses are made and no treatment is prescribed. Information shared is not a substitute for medical care. Payment is required in full at booking. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Changes within 24 hours are non-refundable. Once your reading has been recorded, the service is rendered in full and refunds are not available. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, disagreement with information received, emotional reactions, unmet expectations, or determining afterward that the reading was not the right fit. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback after services are rendered constitutes a breach of this agreement and documentation may be provided to the payment processor. All recordings are confidential and for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited. By booking, you confirm you are 18 years or older and release Wendy Wing and Wing Spiritual Clarity from liability for decisions made following the reading.
